Delivery
How delivery works for supplier-fulfilled orders.
Who sends your order
Products are dispatched directly by our approved suppliers. Orders containing items from more than one supplier may arrive in separate parcels, on different days.
Delivery options and costs
Available delivery options and costs for your address are shown at checkout before you pay.
Tracking
When tracking is provided by the supplier, it appears on your order status page and in your shipping confirmation email.
