Your statutory rights

If you're buying as a consumer in the UK, you normally have the right to cancel most online orders within 14 days of receiving your goods under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, and you have rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 if goods are faulty, not as described or not fit for purpose. Nothing on this page affects those rights.

Before fitting

Please check parts carefully before fitting. Items that have been fitted, painted, wrapped or modified may be affected in what remedies apply, except where they are faulty.

Return instructions, including the correct returns address for your item's supplier, are being finalised. They will be published here before we start taking orders.
